Why We Exist

In Texas, certified mold remediation companies are legally prohibited from performing mold testing on properties they remediate — and for good reason. That separation exists to protect you. At Noon Environmental, we are strictly a mold assessment and testing firm. We never perform remediation, which means our findings are never influenced by a financial stake in the outcome.

Noon Environmental was born from personal experience. In 2008, Elise spent years searching for answers to a collection of unexplained health and environmental concerns. After discovering significant mold contamination in her own home, she became determined to understand mold, building conditions, and the inspection process at a much deeper level.
As a real estate professional, Elise began referring clients to mold inspectors and repeatedly saw how dramatically inspection quality and investigative approaches could vary. She recognized a need for inspections that were thorough, objective, thoughtful, and genuinely useful to the client — and that realization led her into the mold assessment industry, where she pursued the education and credentials to become a Texas-licensed Mold Assessment Consultant.
Today, that same commitment is at the heart of everything Noon Environmental does. The team at Noon Environmental consistently follow best practices, ensuring consistent quality and excellent communication with every client.
