Initial Consultation
We discuss your concerns, property type, and any visible signs of mold or moisture. This helps us tailor the inspection to your specific situation.

On-Site Inspection
A certified inspector visits your property and collects air samples, surface swabs, and moisture readings. The process is non-invasive and typically takes 2-6 hours (residential) depending on how many areas will be investigated and property size.

Lab Analysis
All samples are sent to an accredited third-party laboratory for analysis. We use independent labs to ensure unbiased, scientifically verified results.

Detailed Report
Within 24–48 hours you receive a comprehensive written report with all findings, mold species identified, concentration levels, and clear recommended next steps.
If mold is identified, the following services are available as needed to guide and confirm a successful remediation.

Mold Remediation Protocol
When mold is confirmed, we develop a detailed written Protocol specifying the scope, methods, and standards required for proper remediation. This document guides the remediation contractor and ensures the work is performed to industry standards.

Clearance Testing & Certificate
Upon completion of remediation, we conduct a final inspection and clearance testing to verify the work was performed successfully. Once clearance is achieved, a Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation is issued jointly by the Mold Assessment Consultant and the Mold Remediation Company — confirming no elevated levels of mold remain in the affected areas.
